Stephen (pictured above) is now working on the biggest asbestos strip in Europe where he is gaining valuable experience. He is also working toward his BOHS P401, P403 & P404 in addition to his P402 asbestos qualification.
Congratulations to Stephen who has just passed his P403 & P404 qualifications, he still has plans to achieve the P401, P405 P406 & S301 in the future. We wish Stephen the best of luck in his developing career.

We are now able to provide EPC Sampling for Social Housing. Sampling has been introduced specifically for Social Housing only, to help reduce costs. The service we are able to offer Social Housing Providers is threefold;
1. We can carry out EPCs for any properties being sold
2. We can provide a consultancy service to guide social housing providers through the process
3. We can help social housing providors fulfil the legislation by carrying out the necessary EPC sampling work
